Our story
We've been there. We know better.
Fiks started with the need to introduce routine to our health goals and reduce clutter. This became more real when one of us was recovering from an operation and needed to be 'taken care of.' That simple act, the care, the intentionality, the removal of decision burden, became the heart of everything we do. It was the first real instance of Fiks as a physical reality: a real-world issue, a real-world need, a real problem, sorted.
We realised most people feel exactly like we did: they want to look after themselves, but they're short on time, building habits is hard, choice overwhelms them, and they need permission and simplicity.
So we researched, we listened, we worked with experts, and we built Fiks to solve the barrier that stops people from actually looking after themselves.

We researched what six distinct demographic cohorts actually need using UK health data, then built six distinct formulations. ›Is this a replacement for a healthy diet?
No. Fiks fills micronutrient gaps that even a healthy diet often doesn't cover. UK research shows many people fall short on specific nutrients, such as iodine, magnesium, folate and vitamin D, and Fiks targets those gaps. But you still need to eat well, move your body, sleep well.
›How much does it cost?
£35/month at launch. Buying the same supplements as separate bottles typically costs more, and you'd still have to sort them every morning.
›Can I change my Fiks?
Yes. If your body needs change, age, life stage, health situation, you can switch to a different Fiks anytime.
›Is it vegan, gluten-free?
We'll confirm full dietary details, including gluten-free status, once our supplier specifications are final. It isn't vegan, five of our six formulations contain fish-oil-derived Omega-3, so check your specific cohort's ingredient list if that matters to you.
›How long before I notice a difference?
Supplements don't work like caffeine. Micronutrient repletion is gradual: nutrient stores and enzyme pathways need consistent intake over weeks to months to shift. How quickly you notice anything depends on your starting deficiency, your cohort, diet, and lifestyle. Fiks is built to address documented UK shortfalls, not to promise a specific timeline or symptom change. We think honest is better than hype.
›How do I know the science is real?
Every formulation is built on UK National Diet and Nutrition Survey data and peer-reviewed research, and formulated in consultation with nutrition scientists. Every ingredient is chosen for bioavailability. Where we say what a nutrient does, we use the approved UK health claim wording, and where the evidence is still developing, we say so.
