- Your age group (16–30, 30–50, or 50+)
- Your postcode (first part only, e.g. AB10)
Why we collect this data
We use this information to:
- Contact you about your Fiks trial box
- Personalise your formulation based on age and gender
- Deliver your supplements to the correct address
- Understand how our product performs across different demographics
- Improve our service
Legal basis
We collect this data with your consent when you join the trial. You are not obliged to provide this information to use our website, but we cannot send you a trial box without it.
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We retain your information for as long as you are part of the trial, and for up to 12 months afterwards for our records.
