- Your age group (16–29, 30–49, or 50+)
- Your postcode (first part only, e.g. AB10)
Why we collect this data
We use this information to:
- Contact you when Fiks launches and give you early access details
- Personalise your formulation based on age and gender
- Prepare to deliver your supplements once we launch
- Understand demand for Fiks across different demographics
- Improve our service
Legal basis
We collect this data with your consent when you join our early access waitlist. You are not obliged to provide this information to use our website, but we cannot notify you when Fiks launches, or personalise your formulation, without it.
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We retain your information for as long as you remain on our early access waitlist, and for up to 12 months afterwards for our records.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
